An early Evening Trumpet Recital

Please join us for this colorful evening featuring HARTT trumpet player James McAloon Jr. and friends. Trumpet recitals are rare and players as accomplished as James are even more rare. Do not miss this unusual evening and the chance to meet several young HARTT musicians.

James MWilliamstown, New Jersey native James McAloon Jr. is a student of Phil Snedecor at The Hartt School of the University of Hartford, where is also one of the youngest members of the prestigious Performance 20/20 Chamber Ensemble. James has been recognized by the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra and the Union League of Philadelphia for outstanding leadership and citizenship. He has been a member accepted of the All National Honors Orchestra, All Eastern Symphony Band, All State Orchestra and Wind Ensemble of New Jersey, and numerous other regional ensembles. His teachers include Kevin Cobb and Darin Kelly, and he has studied in masterclasses with John Wallace and James Thompson.
